The Discovery phase is where we sit and work with you to understand what you are looking to achieve. We do this by clarifying the problem you and your team are trying to solve, so we can really understand the options available to transform your business.
The Plan phase is where we commence executing our findings, and begin mapping out the detail of the high-level strategy action plan established at the end of the discovery phase. This phase includes the creation of the project Business Case or clear business requirements.
The Transformation phase is where we execute a detailed Project or Change Management Plan to deliver the outcomes identified in the Discovery phase. This is a collaborative process where we work with key business stakeholders to guide you to the objectives and outputs identified in the project Business Case.
