Bernadette is a management consultant who is passionate about delivering successful business transformation and change initiatives. Bernadette’s capabilities to deliver results within the most difficult or complex programs have been repeatedly demonstrated within the private and public sectors, across a range of industries including mining, transport, retail, accommodation and government.
An insightful leader and strategist, Bernadette has a reputation for designing and delivering complex and large scale organisational transformational initiatives that create long-term value and deliver true return on investment for her clients.
Prior to establishing The Advisory Hub, Bernadette held senior consulting positions with Mincom and KPMG Consulting.
Sales & Business Development
John Rumery is a highly capable IT Business Professional with extensive experience in Sales and Sales Management, Major Account Management and Service Delivery Management.
John has a strong business and client focus, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, quality service delivery and strategic alignment between project objectives and corporate objectives
John has excellent knowledge of the major vendors and their offerings, and the ability to utilise this knowledge to create opportunities and value. He has a significant network of contacts and a background that includes knowledge of the key trends and directions, challenges and opportunities that shape the information technology market.
John has previously worked for Hitachi Data Systems, Sun Microsystems, IBM and CSC.
Gary helps organisations make the transition from a traditional business to a digital business by helping to identify and implement new revenue and engagement channels such as online, social media and mobile. He also supports these new channels with a comprehensive analytics strategy that provides real insights into customer preferences, behaviours and new opportunities to improve sales and services, reduce waste and improve decision making across the organisation.
Responsible for developing and leading many multi-million dollar, innovative, high profile and strategically critical transformations, Gary works closely with key stakeholders such as executive teams and boards to deliver real business outcomes.
A practical and determined leader, Gary is also often called upon to quickly turn around troubled ventures to ensure the original vision and associated value is delivered.
He is an influential and accomplished technology leader with over 20 years of domestic and international experience and proven track record of consistently creating measurable and sustainable value across a diverse range of industries including Financial Services, Mining, Transport, Utilities, Technology and Government. Using a range of tools and frameworks such as Design Thinking, Agile and Lean, Gary is able to define and solve the most difficult and challenging business and technology problems.
Rosie Davis is a highly experienced project manager and consultant who possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge developed over 30 years working in the IT industry. She has proven leadership and management skills, with a reputation for delivering her projects on-time and on-budget.
She has extensive experience across large-scale ERP implementation projects, on Oracle JDE, SAP, Navision, Axapta and Pronto platforms.
Rosie has proven implementation skills, change management skills and the ability to build outcome-based, cross-functional delivery teams. She is a highly effective communicator across all levels of business.
