Client confidentiality is one of our principles at The Advisory Hub.
We do this out of respect for their brand and strategic vision and because we seek to empower our clients to own their own transformations rather than embed ourselves in their structures and cultures.
We have delivered successful results to large and often multi-national clients in the Technology, Government, Mining Services, Hospitality and Transport industries.
Outlined below are three testimonials we have received from our clients, along with an overview of some of the transformations we have contributed to.
Dynatrace engaged The Advisory Hub to deliver an outsourced sales capability for our Queensland business for an 8 month period.
During this time, they helped us grow our revenues and expand our customer footprint within QLD. An additional benefit was that they improved the level of customer satisfaction within our existing customer base.
The TAH team are professional, highly capable and represented our brand with the highest levels of integrity. I would highly recommend TAH for their sales and consulting capability.
Working with the two members of the Advisory Hub has been a breath of fresh air. The Advisory Hub under promised and delivered on my expectations.
The scoping of the project was concise and to the point and the execution of the scoping document resulted in positive business opportunities being realised.
The Principal of Advisory Hub, Ms Bernadette Wicks is professionally challenging and astute in calling issues and behaviours that need to be addressed.
Change Management strategies are finely tuned and quickly operationalised by her capacity to communicate effectively with key Executives.
Large Hotels and Resorts Company
What impressed me about The Advisory Hub was their ability to listen, understand, and challenge where necessary; not to mention their ability to manage all stakeholders, particularly the client.
I have not been a great advocate for consultancies over my career mainly for the fact that I’m always looking for more than “just a report”; I’m typically looking for the recommended solution to be implemented.
The Advisory Hub more than satisfied my requirements – delivering the required solution on-time & within budget.
I wouldn’t hesitate to re-engage The Advisory Hub.
Large Mining Services Company
We were engaged by Dynatrace to provide a transformed state-based sales capability in Queensland.
Key deliverables of the engagement were to increase revenue, increase customer footprint, improve customer satisfaction and increase brand awareness within Queensland.
By leveraging our existing project services and consulting services capability, with the existing Dynatrace technical capability, we were able to provide clients with a better end-to-end project delivery experience.
The Advisory Hub were engaged by a Queensland Government Department Director-General to conduct a review of their Business Transformation Program.
Key deliverables of the engagement included a review of program synergies across the projects, budget and funding of the program, maximization of the whole of government approach across the program along with a review of the governance model.
The Business Transformation Program included assessing key digital initiatives the Department were undertaking, against expected program outcomes for customers, the Government and staff.
The Advisory Hub utilised our proven programme health assessment review framework for this engagement which included face-to-face interviews, observations and the review of all project and program artefacts. The engagement was delivered on time and on budget.
As part of a broader business transformation, The Advisory Hub were engaged by a leading accommodation provider to re-align the efforts of the IT organization with the core strategies of the business and the projects the business were looking to implement.
The benefits included a stabilization of their digital platform, better alignment between the business and IT and a structured framework and governance process to support IT initiatives and activities. For more information click here.
This engagement also included the live-migration of their existing website and online central reservation system to a new, virtualised and fully PCI compliant AWS-hosted platform.
This was delivered without any downtime or disruption for the business and their customers and we were able to improve their client’s user experience of the new platform by 20%.
The Advisory Hub were engaged to manage a Procurement Transformation program for a large multi-national mining services organisation with fourteen remote sites and head offices across Australia.
This was a truly business and digital transformational program for our client given they had been using paper-based procurement practices for over 20 years, were very resistant to change and included consolidating multiple business entities, each with their own processes, complexities and instances of data into one automated system.
On completion of the implementation and training of 700 users our team achieved a 91% satisfaction rating from the users. An impressive feat when undertaking training and change at 14 separate and diverse sites (often working both day and night shifts) within 15 weeks. More details on this project can be found here.
This engagement also included the merging of two ERP systems, a review of their accounts payable function and a workforce management review.
Mining companies have driven the business and digital transformation agenda harder than most industry sectors, all with the objective of driving better process efficiency and lowering cost.
We have helped a large mining company achieve significant efficiencies through automating the fleet management across all their sites. The same client also engaged us to assist implementing a fuel management system and subsequently requested our assistance in working with a specialist mining orientated software developer, to develop a blast management system that we then implemented across their 12 sites. The blast management system is now available to other organisations under commercial agreement with the developer.
During our engagement we were also requested to oversee a program of work which covered the management of systems de-scoped out of the existing ERP system as part of a global ERP consolidation. These projects included the implementation of an accommodation booking system and an upgrade of their worker’s compensation system.
One of our more exciting projects with this particular client was implementing a structural monitoring system for their Draglines.
We helped a client in the mining services business transition their tyre management capability to a new solution provider and platform. Thereby allowing them to respond to market needs more rapidly and realising significant efficiency base on introducing competitive tension.
